*Organic Tea Yunnan Supreme: This green tea is harvested in the spring, which is considered the best time to pick the leaves for the highest quality and the exceptional flavor. During the spring flush, the tea plants are in their most vibrant and nutrient-rich state after the hibernation, resulting in leaves that are tender and with a rich flavor.
Preparation:
1. Mountain spring water 150ml.
2. Water temperature 85℃.
3. Organic Tea Yunnan Supreme (green tea) 5g.
4. A glass teapot, a glass or porcelain cup.
5. A tea strainer.
6. A Sharing cup.
7. Tea cups.
Brewing method:
1) Rinse the teaware (glass teapot, glass or porcelain cup, sharing cup and tea cups) with boiling water and discard the water. This will help to maintain the temperature of the water and ensure even brewing.
2) Place the tea leaves into a glass teapot, a glass or porcelain cup. Please keep in mind that there is no need to rinse the tea leaves.
3) Set a specific point on the edge of the teapot, glass or porcelain cup, then slowly pour hot water towards the set point. You will see the tea leaves swirling and dancing, which is very aesthetically pleasing.
4) Steep without cover for 1 minute.
5) After steeping, gently pour the tea into a sharing cup through a strainer to remove the tea leaves.
6)Pour tea into small tea cups from the sharing cup. It’s ready to enjoy!
