Unveil the Secret of... Organic Yunnan Puerh Teas

In recent years, there has been a growing demand for organic tea as people become more aware of the health and environmental benefits of organic farming. This trend has led to an increasing number of consumers seeking out organic teas that are free from synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. In response to this demand, the European Union has introduced a certification process for organic teas, ensuring that they meet strict standards for organic production. This tea is carefully hand-picked in spring flush from a single terroir to ensure that only whole leaves and high-quality leaves are used. The process of hand picking allows for the selection of the top leaves, which are believed to offer the best flavor and aroma.

Organic Cooked Puerh Tea Gold Balls are delicate and tender, containing many tender buds as well as thick and robust ones. It has a strong aroma, without any musty, moldy or unpleasant taste, with a pure and authentic taste. This tea gives off the scent of a forest after the rain. The tea soup is a wine-red color with clarity, brightness, and it has a mellow, sweet and smooth flavour. This batch of our cooked Puerh tea, in which the tea leaves are pressed into balls can effectively reduce the oxidation of the tea leaves and extend their shelf life. Over time, the aromatic substances and nutrients in the tea leaves will gradually dissipate, but pressing the tea leaves into balls can slow down this process by reducing the surface area of the tea leaves exposed to air, thus lowering the oxidation rate. As a result, even if the tea leaves are stored for a longer period of time, they can still maintain their original flavor and texture. Furthermore, the pressed balls of tea leaves are more convenient for transportation and storage, as they can reduce the likelihood of breakage and deformation, and are also easier to carry.
